RISCO Group’s Wireless Video Verification solution verifies alarms with a sequence of snapshots, reducing false alarm costs. When armed, the camera is automatically activated by an event and captures a sequence of images during the alarm, and sends the images to the Risco cloud server and to users via RISCO’s Smart phone and Web applications. Users can also trigger images on demand via the applications to verify events and determine the most appropriate response in real-time.
Advanced Fully Wireless Intruder Alarm System
Wireless Alarm Systems have come a long way since the early days. It should be understood that there is a vast difference between the low cost DIY systems and professional systems which are security graded and accordingly are accepted by insurers and can be used in systems which provide police response.
Some wireless systems use bespoke or unusual batteries which can be expensive to replace. Devices from different manufacturers are not compatible so there could be a future supply problem for replacements.
Some systems are fully wireless, others have wired keypads and sounders. Hybrid systems allow wireless devices to be integrated into a wired system.

Homeowners can now enjoy the RISCO Smart phone App for smart and easy control of their Agility system. The revolutionary app enables users to arm/disarm the system on-the-go, visually verify alarms by viewing images taken by their PIR Cameras, take snapshots etc. Available for iPhone, iPad and Android.
This fully wireless system can incorporate various detection devices and the keypad and outside bell box are fully wireless for ease of installation.
Wireless Alarms -
Points to be aware of.
In order to conserve battery life, Detectors have a ‘dead’ time. In practice this means that once a detector has been triggered it cannot be triggered again for two and a half minutes. This does not effect the integrity of the system as a single detection will generate an alarm if the system is set and has settled down. However, this can cause confusion if a system is being tested by the user.
Radio interference is possible but not very likely as the frequencies used, the methods of encoding and advanced two way wireless technology used vastly are different from those used for low cost and DIY equipment.
Certain types of building construction can cause a vastly reduced range between the detection device transmitter and the receiver
If the Camera PIR detects movement when the Alarm is set it takes a sequence of snapshots which can be relayed to a smart phone.
